A sign appeared to the Roman Emperor Constantine as a light in the noon-day sky. At the same time, he heard the words, "In Hoc Signo Vinces." He took this as a sign from God and decided the shape drawn by the light should be an emblem for his military.

While this clip isn't as good as the original "motivational speaker" skit on SNL, it's still awesome.
Did you catch the sad twist that both Farley and Hartman are now dead?

You're right on that. The original is a lot funnier.
Hartman's seemed more tragic. Farley's, (my personal favorite- Tommy Boy) was self-inflicted.
