Germany defeated a tough Turkish team 3-2, and moved to the finals where they will face either Russia or Spain.
There is much fanfare throughout Germany. It is 2254 hours here in Germany and it sounds like the 4th of July. They (Europeans) take their football seriously!
I'll keep rooting for my German Team.

The other day AJ was drawing a soccer line up and he put the names of his buddies in various positions. He was telling me each of the player's names (Josh, Dawson, Nicolas, etc). He gets to the bottom left of the line up and says "this is Daniel Hopper, he'll be back when I'm in 7th grade".
You'll be disappointing a little dude if you aren't back for his 7th grade year!
Sorry 'bout Italy...does Sicily have a team?
Daniel was overjoyed to learn he'd be on AJ's team.
LORD willing, we will be back in the KC area in a few years. We believe this is our home.
